Being on vacation is the best time to try new foods. And trying new foods is my favorite thing to do, I always have to try the weirdest foods possible (once I ate a tarantula!). So being in St Maartin has opened me up to new seafood, the best! Tonight I had a hazelnut crusted sea bass in a lemon flavored butter. It was heavenly; I need to make this when I get home!
