Layer 1: Multigrain Toast (Or gluten-free bread)
Layer 2: Spinach Leaves
Layer 3: Sliced Avocado
Layer 4: Salmon
Layer 5: Poached Egg
Layer 6: Ground Pepper
For the poached egg, fill a saucepan with about an inch of water, one tablespoon of white vinegar, and a tablespoon of salt. Bring it to a boil and pour the egg in slowly so it doesn't spread out too much. Turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Don't take the lid off at all until time is up and then scoop the egg out with a slotted spoon!
