pizza dough (gluten free, homemade, whatever you want)
for salad dressing
1/4 cup dairy free sour cream
1 tbs mayonnaise
splash of rice vinegar (enough to thin it to your liking)
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp chives
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
for the salad
(all these quantities are to your liking)
sauteed onions and peppers
fresh green beans
fresh radishes sliced
We used a pizza stone on the grill to make a perfect crust but you can easily make this in the oven.
take the dressing ingredients, mix them all together and spread a thin layer on your pizza dough and bake for about 20 minutes on the grill or 30 minutes in the oven or until golden brown.
while that is baking, take the rest of the dressing and the salad ingredients and mix it all together in a big bowl.
once the dough is golden and crispy, take it out and top with the salad! It's that easy!!
