I know with this blustery cold the last thing you probably want to make is anything frozen, but these are so worth it! Just get a couple blankets and curl up by the fire to enjoy these! They are low in calories and an easy delicious snack!
All you need are blueberries and some Greek yogurt. I used an 8oz strawberry chobani yogurt on mine but blueberry would work too, or any flavor or brand you want!
So after you wash the blueberries, dip them in the yogurt and put them on a parchment or wax paper lined pan. For this step, I read you could use a tooth pick to take the blueberry and cover it in yogurt but I did this about 10 times and I wasn't having it so I took a handful of blueberries, stuck them in the yogurt and then used a toothpick to fish them out- much easier!!
Once all the blueberries are covered, you can freeze them for about 2 hours and then put them in plastic baggies for easier storage.
