I'm going to run a half marathon. I love to run and it makes me feel so good to stay active that I just couldn't resist the challenge. Thankfully this isn't too unrealistic for me but it will be a hard thing to do. 13.1 miles is a far distance and I'm mostly concerned about getting bored while running. Thankfully I have a great running playlist on my phone and I'm ready to take it on!
Running is more than just exercise, it is also about the diet that goes with it. So I'm going to be focusing on a healthy diet this year. My other resolution is to stick with my blog, so as often as I can I will give updates on my progress and with some healthy recipes!
