I love smoothies and running. Not in that order. My training for a half marathon is coming to an end and the race is coming up quick. The runs are getting longer and tougher but being able to keep up is such a rewarding feeling. After a long run like today it's this smoothie that I look forward to! A hydrating watermelon smoothie!
