1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/2 cup vegan carob chips
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup honey or agave syrup
1 heaping tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
mix ingredients together in a bowl
with damp hands, grab enough of the mixture to make a ball that is about 2 inches in diameter and roll them out like meatballs
place them on a baking sheet (or plate or tupperware, honestly doesn't matter as long as they don't touch) and chill in the fridge for at least 45 minutes before eating.
store these in the fridge throughout the week, they fall apart if they get too warm!
